I am taking a different approach to my weight loss journey. I started using myfitnesspal app. While I am not going to post before and during pictures, until I am happy with my during pictures and progress, I am going to post my stats and I have my food and exercise diary public on myfitnesspal. I hope that me making this journey public it will constant motivation for me. I plan on weekly weigh-ins but probably won't record new measurement stats for another month. My first goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April and I think I am off to a good start with my 3 pound loss. My workouts consist of 15-20 minute cardio warmup, then followed by about an hour of weight and strength training. I also love crossfit so I try incorporate that as well.
